One of the biggest things I learned working with my coach was how to resolve conflict.
When Andrew and I have a disagreement, we follow this framework and it works every single time:
Both parties have their own points of view, both parties get their point of views heard. If the goal is for one point of view to win, then there will always be frustrated/hurt/annoyed parties on the other side. However, if the goal is to resolve, then this strategy of both sides getting to air and share feelings really really works.
